Head Girl and Boy Person Criteria

1    Should have:

• a positive attitude

• a focus on learning

• good organisational skills

• good time management

• self-control

• effective communication skills

• ability to work in a team

• integrity

• ability to motivate others

• evidence of being a good role model

• sense of importance of spirituality

2    Should have evidence of leadership in the school in previous years.

3    Need to support the school’s Special Character.

4    Will support parish life.

5    Are aware of the school’s strengths and weaknesses.

6    Show/offer respect to other students and staff.

7    Have personal goals which fit the position.
